  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy for AI projects within Dell's AI PMO team.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards and processes are integrated into all stages of the AI project lifecycle.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to ensure that all AI projects meet the highest quality standards.
  4. Identify and address any quality issues or risks that may impact the success of AI projects.
  5. Conduct thorough testing and analysis to ensure that AI solutions are functioning accurately and efficiently.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into quality processes and procedures.
  7. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to communicate quality status and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to quality metrics and performance.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve the quality assurance processes and procedures for AI projects.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality engineering and AI technologies, providing guidance and support to the team and other stakeholders.
  11. Act as a representative of Dell's commitment to quality and innovation within the technology industry.

  • Extensive Experience In Project Management And Process Improvement: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects, Implementing Process Improvements, And Delivering Results Within Strict Timelines.

  • Expertise In Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning: As A Quality Principal Engineer In An Ai Pmo Role, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Ai And Machine Learning Technologies, Their Applications, And Their Impact On Business Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Patterns, And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Processes And Drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Quality Principal Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Collaborate, Influence, And Drive Change.

  • Quality Management Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma, Lean, And Kaizen. Previous Experience In Implementing Quality Management Systems And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives Is Also Highly Desirable.
