  1. Act as a brand ambassador for Dell NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA) by representing our company and values to potential candidates.
  2. Conduct initial screening and interviews for potential Associate Inside Sales Representatives to assess their qualifications and fit for the program.
  3. Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to NGSA members to ensure their success as Associate Inside Sales Representatives.
  4. Create a positive and welcoming environment for new NGSA members, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of NGSA members, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
  6. Collaborate with sales team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop training materials and resources to address these areas.
  7. Act as a liaison between NGSA members and the sales team, facilitating communication and providing support as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and professionals to ensure NGSA members receive the most up-to-date and relevant training.
  9. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the NGSA program, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure NGSA members are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
  11. Communicate and uphold the values and goals of Dell NGSA to all team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  12. Collaborate with other NGSA team members to plan and execute events and activities that promote team building and professional development.
  13. Support NGSA members in their transition to full-time roles within the sales team, providing guidance and assistance throughout the process.
  14. Ensure all NGSA members adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of ethical and responsible sales practices.
  15. Continuously seek out and recruit new talent for the NGSA program, promoting diversity and inclusivity in the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ngsa Associate Inside Sales Representative Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.

  • Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Sales Experience Is Preferred For This Role. Experience In Inside Sales Or Customer Service Is A Plus.

  • Understanding Of Technology: A Basic Understanding Of Technology Products And Solutions Is Essential For This Role In Order To Effectively Sell Dell's Products And Services To Customers.

  • Team Player: The Ngsa Associate Inside Sales Representative Should Be A Team Player And Able To Collaborate With Team Members To Achieve Sales Targets And Meet Customer Needs.

  • Customer Focus: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Customer-Centric Mindset And Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Customers, Understand Their Needs And Provide Appropriate Solutions.
