- Act as a brand ambassador for Dell NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA) by representing our company and values to potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews for potential Associate Inside Sales Representatives to assess their qualifications and fit for the program.
- Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to NGSA members to ensure their success as Associate Inside Sales Representatives.
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for new NGSA members, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of NGSA members, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with sales team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop training materials and resources to address these areas.
- Act as a liaison between NGSA members and the sales team, facilitating communication and providing support as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry experts and professionals to ensure NGSA members receive the most up-to-date and relevant training.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the NGSA program, making recommendations for improvements and adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure NGSA members are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Communicate and uphold the values and goals of Dell NGSA to all team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with other NGSA team members to plan and execute events and activities that promote team building and professional development.
- Support NGSA members in their transition to full-time roles within the sales team, providing guidance and assistance throughout the process.
- Ensure all NGSA members adhere to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of ethical and responsible sales practices.
- Continuously seek out and recruit new talent for the NGSA program, promoting diversity and inclusivity in the recruitment process.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ngsa Associate Inside Sales Representative Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members.
Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Sales Experience Is Preferred For This Role. Experience In Inside Sales Or Customer Service Is A Plus.
Understanding Of Technology: A Basic Understanding Of Technology Products And Solutions Is Essential For This Role In Order To Effectively Sell Dell's Products And Services To Customers.
Team Player: The Ngsa Associate Inside Sales Representative Should Be A Team Player And Able To Collaborate With Team Members To Achieve Sales Targets And Meet Customer Needs.
