Manager, Cybersecurity Engineering

As a Senior Manager with our Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations team, you will manage a technical infrastructure team responsible for large/complex infrastructure projects/engagements (including maintenance & support) with a focus on security-related technologies like endpoint security, cryptography, etc. Be fully accountable for all people-management activities for a team of cybersecurity engineers, including establishing goals, providing mentorship and motivation, and managing staffing capacity/workload balancing to ensure team productivity. Partner closely with Dell Digital IT, other cybersecurity teams, and business functions to meet project milestones and service levels Manage customer escalations and ensure best possible outcomes are achieved. Develop new or revise existing processes/procedures to mature services and align with strategic direction/priorities of the broader cyber engineering organization. Assist in change management planning and implementation.
