
ESG Controllership Senior Advisor

- Lead and drive the development and implementation of Dell's ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify ESG risks and opportunities for Dell and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sustainability, and communication, to ensure accurate and transparent ESG reporting.
- Monitor and track ESG performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to ESG reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and ESG organizations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ESG topics and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ESG reporting.
- Communicate Dell's ESG initiatives and progress to both internal and external audiences through various channels.
- Act as a champion for sustainability and ESG within the organization, promoting awareness and driving positive change.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting, Accounting, Or Sustainability In A Corporate Environment.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Esg Principles, Frameworks, And Reporting Standards (E.g. Gri, Sasb, Tcfd).
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Financial Data To Identify Esg Risks And Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Esg Performance To Senior Leadership.
