Escalation Engineer

In this role, you will be primarily focused on our Edge Gateway program. Edge computing is emerging as the new massively distributed frontier that blends the physical and virtual works. Most of the data will be produced at the edge in the next upcoming years. As a Networking Escalation Engineer, you’ll have an opportunity to gain expertise in the full solution architecture of Edge computing. Act as an advisor to Technical Support on complex and escalated cases that have critical impacts to the customer or Dell business. Create internal and customer-facing knowledge base articles. Work alongside Sustaining Engineering, Development Engineering, and Quality Engineering teams to remediate customer reported technical issues. Engage with customers and internal customer teams to assist in discussions of technical issues. Act as a customer advocate in overall product discussions.
