Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr: Del Monte Foods Would Likely Require At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Position. This Would Ensure The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Hr And Is Able To Handle Complex Tasks And Challenges.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: The Senior Human Resource Coordinator Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Laws And Regulations Related To Employment, Such As Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Labor Standards Act, And Occupational Safety And Health Act.
