Human Resources Associate

Del Monte Foods is looking for a Human Resources Associate to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a thorough understanding of Human Resources principles and practices to play a key role in our HR team. Our Human Resources Associate must demonstrate a commitment to our company values and a passion for helping us reach our goals.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a combination of the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a minimum of 2 years of human resources experience; and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the successful applicant must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the human resources team in various HR processes and initiatives.
2. Assist with recruiting new employees, including conducting interviews and reference checks.
3. Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
6. Provide advice and guidance to management on HR policies and procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
