Human Resources Associate

They will be a self-starter who is able to work independently and effectively manage time in order to prioritize tasks. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and has excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development initiatives
• Provide guidance and counseling to employees on HR related topics
• Keep up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations
• Coordinate performance reviews, rewards and recognition programs
• Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date
• Respond to employee inquiries and address any HR related issues
• Analyze employee surveys and provide recommendations for improvements
• Maintain a positive and supportive work environment
