1. Provide first aid services to employees, visitors, and other personnel at the facility.
2. Respond to emergency situations and remain calm and focused.
3. Maintain a valid first aid certificate.
4. Communicate effectively with personnel in need of medical assistance.
5. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
6. Maintain a compassionate attitude towards those in need of help.
7. Work independently and think quickly in stressful and dynamic situations.
8. Monitor and replenish first aid supplies as needed.
9. Provide assistance to medical professionals in the event of a serious injury or medical emergency.
10. Document medical services provided.
