Distribution Coordinator

The Distribution Coordinator is responsible for the receiving and shipping counter on 2nd or 3rd shifts that includes interaction with Supervisors, Checkers, carrier drivers and distribution center lift truck operators. Also responsible for data entry and clerical accuracy reviews of receiving and shipping source documents, maintaining the filing systems for receiving and shipping documents. Monitor changes to shipping & receiving documents and communicate changes to the appropriate CSR. Maintain accurate account of all pertinent shipping information within SAP and provide clean shipping documents. Works with the Supervisors and Managers to ensure an efficient utilization of the DC's truck receiving and shipping doors.
