
Commercialization Manager
The Commercialization Manager (CM) will increase project execution success and provide consistent delivery of the right projects, on time, with the right resources. The CM will increase the productivity of Co-Manufacturing & Food Ingredient Sales by helping to successfully support deliver topline sales and bottom-line profitability for the group. Provide cross-functional execution and support that drive business performance and optimizes business processes between finance, plant operations, R&D, supply chain, demand & production planning. Create clear goals from the outset of projects with repeatable processes. Develop and implement metrics for the measurement of projects successes. Increase portfolio performance via project management processes Proactively assess project trajectories to ensure key development milestones will be achieved according to plan. And, identify need to escalate potential barriers to project progression (such as resource constraints) to management for resolution.
10+ years of relevant experience
4-5+ years in a CPG environment preferred
Solid practical experience managing projects
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment
