Job Description

Database Improvements in Alignment with Development Needs. Implement existing recommendations and identify and scope recommendations. Draft and submit specs for continued customization of the ROI database structures. Plan and prioritize states of project, develop benchmarks and timeline. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Development’s data. Develop and implement policies to guide data entry and security and support those policies by entering all Development data into ROI in a timely and precise manner.

Job Qualifications
  • 4+ years of database administration required

  • Tableau customization and back-end development expertise preferred

  • Previous experience working in a fundraising team a must.

  • Experience in CRM conversions and customizations a must
