SEC Reporting Analyst

The Sr. SEC Reporting Analyst will support the business by assisting with SEC reporting and technical accounting research and implementation, as well as leading or assisting with special projects and coordinating with external auditors. Preparing company Forms 10-Q and 10-K in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, including compliance with new accounting standards and disclosure checklists as well as XBRL tagging. Preparing/coordinating cross-functional department work papers to support information in SEC filings, including financial statement tie outs, quarterly technical accounting memos and Non-GAAP measures. Supporting preparation of press releases and reviewing scripts for consistency with SEC filings. Preparing quarterly reporting calendars, coordinating with auditors on financial reporting workpapers, as well as tracking management comments/certifications. Assisting with the continual development and efficiency of financial reporting packs, either in Workiva or Hyperion.
