1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies in line with DBS's overall mission and goals.
2. Lead and manage sustainability projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution.
3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations.
5. Analyze and report on sustainability performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for action.
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and community organizations.
7. Develop and deliver training and educational programs to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability within the organization.
8. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to sustainability and ensure compliance.
9. Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation through sustainability initiatives.
10. Represent DBS at sustainability conferences and events, sharing our sustainability efforts and achievements with a wider audience.
11. Serve as a subject matter expert on sustainability, providing guidance and support to colleagues and leadership.
12. Monitor and track sustainability KPIs and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
14. Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization, encouraging and empowering employees to make a positive impact.
15. Contribute to the development and communication of DBS's sustainability vision and mission.
