  1. Design and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to support employees' growth and career progression.
  2. Conduct thorough needs assessments and identify learning gaps within the organization.
  3. Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for employees at all levels.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their team's learning needs and provide customized solutions.
  5. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with business objectives.
  8. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the learning and development process, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
  9. Utilize various learning methods and technologies, such as e-learning and virtual training, to deliver innovative and efficient learning solutions.
  10. Coach and mentor employees to support their development and growth within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with external training providers to source and deliver relevant and high-quality training programs.
  12. Keep accurate records of training activities and employee progress to track the impact of learning and development initiatives.
  13. Develop and manage the learning and development budget to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  14. Communicate and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all learning and development related inquiries and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Effective Learning And Development Programs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leaders.

Compensation
