Sr Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce

As a Sr Salesforce Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care, you will be responsible for providing top-notch system administration, development, and support of the Salesforce platform. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, creative, and experienced professional who is passionate about working with Salesforce.You should have knowledge of Salesforce configuration, development, and support principles, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude who can proactively identify and resolve issues.To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, a Salesforce Administrator certification, a Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification, experience managing multiple Salesforce instances, and a deep understanding of APEX and Visualforce. Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Conga is a plus.

Responsibilities:

-Provide system administration, development, and support for the Salesforce platform

-Identify and resolve issues proactively

-Configure, develop, and support Salesforce principles

-Manage multiple Salesforce instances

-Work collaboratively with stakeholders

-Develop and maintain Apex and Visualforce components

-Provide training and support to internal users

-Stay up to date with Salesforce platform changes and best practices

-Develop and maintain reports and dashboards

-Provide oversight and guidance to junior Salesforce administrators

-Understand and adhere to Salesforce security protocols

-Provide support for Salesforce CPQ and/or Conga, as needed
