  1. Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions for DaVita Kidney Care team members.
  2. Utilize strong instructional design principles and techniques to create high-quality training materials.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
  4. Create and maintain project timelines and deliver training materials according to agreed-upon deadlines.
  5. Utilize multimedia tools and technology to create interactive and engaging training materials.
  6. Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  7. Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and incorporate them into training materials.
  9. Conduct evaluations and assessments to measure the effectiveness of training solutions and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  10. Serve as a resource and provide guidance to team members on best practices for instructional design.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials align with company goals and initiatives.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for DaVita Kidney Care and represent the company's values and mission.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance training materials and processes.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's dedication to improving the lives of patients and supporting team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Instructional Design, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Instructional Design, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Adult Learning Theories And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For A Large Organization.

  • Proficient In Elearning Authoring Tools And Learning Management Systems.
