Sr. Auditor, Assurance

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Auditor, Assurance to join our dynamic team at DaVita Kidney Care. Our ideal candidate has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable with a changing environment.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting or internal audit role, with Big 4 public accounting experience preferred. They should also possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). Additionally, they should have experience with both financial and operational audit processes and controls, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, lead, and execute assurance activities for various financial and operational audits.
2. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
3. Identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Prepare audit reports and present findings to management.
5. Monitor and evaluate compliance with applicable regulations.
6. Develop, review, and maintain audit programs, working papers, and other audit documentation.
7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure quality and accuracy of audit results.
8. Research and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
9. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
10. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing regulations.
