Sr Analyst, People Analytics

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, People Analytics to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care. Responsibilities: • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights related to people strategy • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders to help inform decision-making • Lead projects related to people analytics, from conception to completion • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations of people data • Conduct research to stay abreast of the talent management landscape • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions and plans • Develop and implement methodologies for evaluating effectiveness of people strategies • Create and execute innovative approaches to analyze data, such as using machine learning and natural language processing • Produce reports and presentations to summarize data-driven insights for executive-level audiences
