Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, People Analytics to join our team at DaVita Kidney Care. You’ll be part of a diverse and passionate team that is focused on leveraging the power of data to provide unique and valuable insights to drive our people strategy. This role requires a strong analytical skillset and experience working with large data sets. You must also be comfortable leading projects, presenting to stakeholders, and driving data-driven decisions. You should have a deep understanding of the talent management landscape and possess the ability to think strategically and analytically. Responsibilities: • Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights related to people strategy • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders to help inform decision-making • Lead projects related to people analytics, from conception to completion • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations of people data • Conduct research to stay abreast of the talent management landscape • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions and plans • Develop and implement methodologies for evaluating effectiveness of people strategies • Create and execute innovative approaches to analyze data, such as using machine learning and natural language processing • Produce reports and presentations to summarize data-driven insights for executive-level audiences
