Sr Analyst, Operations Innovation

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the care experience for patients and teammates.
2. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in operations, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.
3. Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to drive projects and initiatives.
4. Use problem-solving and data analysis skills to identify trends and recommend solutions.
5. Develop and maintain project plans and manage timelines.
6. Develop and document procedures and systems for improved operations.
7. Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates.
8. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and keep them apprised of progress.
9. Serve as a contact and resource for operations inquiries.
10. Identify areas of potential risk and develop plans to mitigate.
