Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr Analyst, Health Equity to join our team, and help lead our efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to health equity and bring a deep understanding of health disparities and the healthcare system. They will have excellent organizational, communication and research skills, as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, health policy or healthcare administration. You must also possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or public health, and a comprehensive understanding of health equity and disparities. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of DaVita Kidney Care's health equity initiatives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify health disparities and develop strategies to reduce them.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector to ensure successful execution of health equity initiatives.
  4. Monitor and report on the progress of health equity initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize the impact of DaVita Kidney Care’s health equity initiatives.
  6. Develop and present educational materials on health equity and disparities.
  7. Create and maintain a library of health equity resources for internal and external use.
  8. Coordinate and attend meetings with other healthcare organizations and government agencies to discuss health equity and disparities.
  9. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to health equity initiatives.
  10. Support the development of grant proposals and other fundraising activities related to health equity initiatives.
