- Manage all aspects of payer correspondence for DaVita Kidney Care, including timely and accurate communication with insurance providers.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations and policies in all payer correspondence.
- Advocate for patients' coverage and work to resolve any billing issues or disputes with insurance providers.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of payer correspondence.
- Conduct thorough analysis of payer correspondence to identify any discrepancies or errors and take appropriate action.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of payer correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in Medicare and Medicaid policies and procedures, and apply this knowledge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of payer correspondence processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and finance, to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
- Provide training and support to team members on payer correspondence processes and procedures.

Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Payer Correspondence Or Related Field.
