  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for DaVita Kidney Care.
  2. Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  4. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  5. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for the organization.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  9. Develop and track recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  12. Mentor and train junior recruitment staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for DaVita Kidney Care, promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
  14. Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the overall recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for the organization.
