- Oversee and manage all operations for DaVita Kidney Care facilities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of quality kidney care services to patients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Lead and motivate a team of operations managers and staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success and development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving company goals and objectives.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain compliance.

Extensive Experience In Healthcare Operations: The Senior Director Of Operations At Davita Kidney Care Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Preferably In The Field Of Kidney Care.
