12. Lead and mentor a team of safety coordinators to support and enforce safety policies and procedures.
13. Collaborate with external agencies and organizations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
14. Monitor and manage safety budget and expenses.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve the safety program to ensure the highest level of safety for all team members and patients.
