Registered Nurse Hospital Services Dialysis

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and management of patients with end-stage renal disease, and will be instrumental in helping our team achieve the very best outcomes for our patients.To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and valid license in the state in which you are employed. You must also have at least one year of experience in a dialysis setting, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other healthcare providers. Knowledge of infection control principles and current safety standards is also essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and an understanding of the importance of delivering patient care in an evidence-based manner. Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive patient care and management for end-stage renal disease patients.
2. Uphold and demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and an understanding of the importance of delivering patient care in an evidence-based manner.
3. Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other healthcare providers.
4. Comply with all infection control principles and current safety standards.
5. Monitor patient progress and document all data in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
6. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
7. Educate patients and families on self-care management and lifestyle changes.
8. Participate in team meetings and other hospital staff meetings.
9. Serve as a resource to other healthcare professionals when needed.
10. Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current on best practice and new developments in the field.
