
Registered Nurse
DaVita Kidney Care is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care, support, and education to patients with chronic kidney failure and end-stage renal disease. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of professionalism. To be considered for this role, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license in the state of practice. A minimum of two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting and a valid BLS certification are also required. A background in renal health and experience with dialysis patients would be an asset. We are looking for a team player who is motivated to improve the lives of our patients and provide them with the best care possible. Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care, support, and education to patients with chronic kidney failure and end-stage renal disease.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with patients and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate excellent people skills and ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out and updated as required.
- Monitor and assess patient's vitals, treatment progress, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement patient care plans that are tailored to individual patient needs.
- Remain up to date on all relevant medical advances and treatments for chronic kidney failure and end-stage renal disease.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback regarding patient needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for both patients and staff.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Setting
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing
Active Rn License
+ Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience
Strong Knowledge Of Renal Care
Excellent Patient Care And Communication Skills
