1. Oversee the home dialysis programs in an assigned region to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
2. Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community resources, and other stakeholders in the region.
4. Monitor and analyze patient outcomes and implement improvement strategies as needed.
5. Manage the budget and resources for the home dialysis programs in the region.
6. Hire, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals to ensure their adherence to company standards and values.
7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and support to team members.
8. Collaborate with other regional managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices and develop strategies for growth and improvement.
9. Communicate updates, changes, and important information to team members and stakeholders.
10. Ensure that equipment and supplies are maintained and in proper working order.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to continuously improve the home dialysis programs.
12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events related to home dialysis and kidney care.
13. Adhere to patient confidentiality and privacy regulations.
14. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for team members.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
16. Handle any escalated issues or concerns related to the home dialysis programs in the region.
