2. Oversee the operations of multiple home dialysis facilities within the region, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the home dialysis program.
4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and community organizations, to promote the benefits of home dialysis and increase referrals.
