1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the home dialysis program within the assigned region.
2. Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand the home dialysis services in the region.
3. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to home dialysis.
4. Hire, train, and mentor a team of home dialysis nurses and technicians.
5. Monitor and manage the budget for the home dialysis program in the region.
6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless and high-quality care for patients.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and facilities in the region to promote our home dialysis services.
8. Coordinate with insurance companies and other payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services.
9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
10. Act as a liaison between the home dialysis program and the corporate office, providing updates and reports as needed.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in home dialysis to continuously improve our program.
12. Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families.
13. Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the home dialysis program in the region.
14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to the home dialysis program.
15. Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and compassion among team members.
