Region Home Manager

At DaVita Kidney Care, we are looking for a Region Home Manager to join our team and help us provide the best care possible to our patients.The Region Home Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the dialysis home care program in their assigned region. This includes overseeing operations, developing and managing budgets, leading a team of home care coordinators, and providing clinical and operational guidance. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field and at least five years of experience in home health care and managing a team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee operations of dialysis home care program in assigned region.
2. Develop and manage budgets for program.
3. Lead a team of home care coordinators.
4. Provide clinical and operational guidance to team.
5. Monitor performance of home care coordinators and make adjustments as needed.
6. Create and maintain relationships with patients and their families.
7. Ensure quality of care and compliance with health regulations.
8. Maintain up-to-date records of patient care and progress.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve the program.
10. Monitor patient feedback and address any concerns.
