
Project Manager, School of Clinical Excellence
At DaVita Kidney Care's School of Clinical Excellence, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team and help us to further our mission of providing exceptional clinical care to our patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. If you're passionate about making a difference and are up for the challenge, we'd love to hear from you.The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and in accordance with DaVita's standards and expectations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can think strategically and creatively to ensure the successful completion of projects.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role in the healthcare industry• Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects• Excellent organizational and communication skills• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team• A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Monitor progress of projects and identify any potential issues or problems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure their expectations are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with DaVita’s standards and expectations.
- Communicate project status, progress, and results to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and identify solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Analyze data and present project updates to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of new trends and developments in the healthcare industry.
