Job Description

Welcome to DaVita Kidney Care, where we are dedicated to improving the lives of those living with kidney disease. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Information Technology (IT) team. As a Project Manager at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee various IT projects that will have a direct impact on our patients and teammates. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference and has a strong background in IT project management. If you are a driven and results-oriented professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, we would love to have you on our team.

  1. Lead and manage various IT projects to ensure successful delivery and implementation within the agreed timelines and budget.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Define project requirements and priorities, and communicate them effectively to the project team.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  6. Motivate and guide project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, and provide timely resolutions to any project issues or concerns.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Ensure project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and status reports, are accurate, up-to-date, and adhere to organizational standards.
  10. Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project success and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the project team to encourage creativity, innovation, and high performance.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in project management, and apply them to improve project delivery processes and methodologies.
  13. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the project team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  14. Act as a point of contact for all project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Project Management Methodology And Experience In Leading Agile Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Prioritize Tasks, And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
