Responsibilities of a Patient Care Technician:

1. Provide excellent care and support to patients receiving kidney care.
2. Serve as a source of comfort, support, and motivation for patients.
3. Ensure compliance with all medical terminology and procedures related to kidney care.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
5. Assist with patient assessments and treatments as needed.
6. Maintain patient records and update files as required.
7. Assist in the preparation of materials for patient education.
8. Monitor patient’s condition and provide updates to medical staff.
9. Participate in team meetings and other professional development activities.
10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
