- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients with kidney disease.
- Assist with patient procedures and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Monitor and record vital signs, collect specimens, and perform basic laboratory tests.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment plans, and self-care.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide holistic patient care.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.
- Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of kidney disease and related treatments.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.

Certification As A Patient Care Technician (Pct) Through A Recognized Program Or Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Dialysis Clinic Or Hospital.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Basic Medical Terminology, Procedures And Equipment Used In Dialysis Treatment.
Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Interact And Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
Flexibility To Work Varying Schedules, Including Weekends And Holidays, And The Ability To Handle High-Stress Situations In A Fast-Paced Environment.
