- Provide direct patient care to individuals with kidney disease, including but not limited to monitoring vital signs, assisting with dialysis treatments, and ensuring patient comfort.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, treatment information, and any changes in patient condition.
- Conduct regular assessments of patients' physical and emotional well-being, and report any concerns or changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support regarding kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during dialysis treatments, including proper use of equipment and infection control measures.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized treatment area, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Continuously monitor and document patients' response to treatment, reporting any adverse reactions or changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of kidney care.

Certification As A Patient Care Technician (Pct): Candidates Should Have A Valid Pct Certification From An Accredited Program, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Proficiency In Basic Patient Care Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For This Role. This Ensures That Candidates Possess Basic Educational Qualifications To Perform The Job Duties Effectively.
Experience In Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital, Clinic, Or Long-Term Care Facility, Is Highly Desired. It Demonstrates The Candidate's Understanding Of Healthcare Protocols And Procedures.
Knowledge Of Dialysis Procedures: Familiarity With Dialysis Procedures, Equipment, And Protocols Is A Plus For This Role. Candidates With Previous Experience In Dialysis Or Who Have Completed Dialysis-Related Coursework Will Be Preferred.
