You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.   1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
  2. Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant patient information.
  3. Assist with dialysis procedures and equipment maintenance.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare team.
  5. Educate and support patients and their families in managing their chronic kidney disease.
  6. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  7. Communicate patient progress and any concerns or changes in condition to healthcare team.
  8. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment.
  9. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
  10. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect towards patients and their families.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  14. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Equivalent Certification

  • Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably Working With Dialysis Patients

  • Ability To Multi-Task And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail
