1. Assist patients with their daily needs, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and feeding.
2. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
3. Administer medications and treatments as directed by medical staff.
4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and addressing any questions or concerns.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient.
6. Ensure that all necessary medical equipment and supplies are stocked and ready for use.
7. Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
9. Provide transportation assistance to patients as needed.
10. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
11. Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
12. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
13. Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.
