  1. Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to support the mission and values of DaVita Kidney Care.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  4. Provide guidance and support to team members on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  5. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any employee relations issues.
  7. Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  9. Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the needs of the organization and its team members.
  10. Foster a culture of open communication, trust, and transparency within the organization.
  11. Act as a champion for the patient experience by continuously seeking ways to improve the quality of care provided by team members.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the organization's HR needs.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
  14. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures related to HR.
  15. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Service Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Recruitment.
