  1. Develop and implement communication strategies to foster positive relationships between the company and employees.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for labor relations communication, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with HR and labor relations teams to develop effective communication plans and messaging.
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including union representatives, employees, and management.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in labor relations communication to continuously improve our approach.
  6. Develop and distribute internal communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and presentations, to keep employees informed and engaged.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential labor relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and employees.
  8. Represent the company in labor relations meetings and negotiations, effectively communicating our position and objectives.
  9. Conduct research and gather data to support labor relations strategies and initiatives.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  11. Analyze and report on labor relations data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  12. Train and educate managers and employees on labor relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
  13. Foster a culture of open communication and transparency within the company.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure consistency in messaging and communication across the company.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve labor relations communication processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Communications Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Relations And Experience In Developing And Implementing Communication Strategies For Labor-Related Issues.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees, Management, And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Crisis Communication And The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
