
Manager, Insurance Management (ROPS)

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Insurance Management team, specifically focusing on Retiree Open Enrollment Period Solutions (ROPS). - Develop and implement strategies for managing insurance plans during the Retiree Open Enrollment Period, ensuring seamless and efficient processes for patients and their families.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Insurance Management team, providing guidance and support to team members in handling complex insurance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing and finance, to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance claims and payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations, and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures to remain in compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers, negotiating contracts and rates to maximize benefits for patients.
- Work closely with the Human Resources department to educate employees on insurance plans and assist with any questions or concerns during the open enrollment period.
- Analyze data and generate reports to track the success of insurance management strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork among team members.
- Uphold the mission and values of DaVita Kidney Care, promoting a patient-centered approach to healthcare and ensuring the delivery of superior care to patients with kidney disease.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Insurance Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Insurance Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Risk Optimization And Performance Strategies Within An Insurance Organization.
