  1. Oversee the daily operations of the guest services department, including scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients and their loved ones.
  4. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  5. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and use it to continually improve the guest experience.
  6. Manage the budget for the guest services department, including expenses and resource allocation.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in guest services and incorporate them into the department's operations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards related to guest services.
  9. Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff to facilitate communication and address any needs or concerns.
  10. Foster a positive and supportive work culture that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  11. Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the guest services department.
  12. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new guest services staff.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff to promote professional growth.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain patients.
  15. Represent the organization at community events and build positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  16. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on guest services activities and performance.
  17. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  18. Handle any escalated guest service issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  19. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the guest experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication Skills: A Successful Manager Of Guest Services At Davita Kidney Care Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Interact With Guests, Team Members, And Other Departments.

  • Leadership Experience: This Role Requires A Manager Who Can Lead A Team Of Guest Services Representatives In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Is Essential For Success In This Position.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Primary Responsibility Of A Manager Of Guest Services Is To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Guests. Previous Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting, Is Highly Desirable.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations: As A Manager In A Healthcare Facility, It Is Important To Have A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance. Familiarity With Hipaa, Osha, And Other Regulations Is Necessary For This Role.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: A Manager Of Guest Services Must Be Able To Think On Their Feet And Quickly Resolve Issues That Arise. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure.
