  1. Lead and develop a team of financial analysts to support the growth and success of DaVita Kidney Care.
  2. Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  3. Guide and mentor team members in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  4. Support the organization's financial goals and objectives by analyzing and interpreting financial data and making strategic recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
  6. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain financial models and projections to assist in decision-making and planning.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  9. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  10. Act as a liaison between the finance team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  11. Cultivate a positive and high-performing team culture through effective leadership and mentoring.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in finance to provide innovative and strategic solutions to achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Financial Information To Non-Financial Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Management Or Accounting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
