We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a strong understanding of corporate law and a passion for healthcare.   1. Provide legal counsel and guidance to the organization on a variety of corporate legal matters, including but not limited to contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that align with the organization's goals and values.
  3. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with third parties, including vendors, clients, and healthcare providers.
  5. Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and integration of legal matters.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and employees, to provide proactive legal support and guidance.
  7. Stay informed and up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to anticipate potential legal issues and mitigate risks.
  8. Manage outside counsel and legal vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective legal services.
  9. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks for the organization.
  10. Provide training and education to employees on legal and compliance matters.
  11. Communicate legal updates and developments to relevant stakeholders and recommend appropriate actions to address any potential impact on the organization.
  12. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and act as a liaison with regulatory agencies as needed.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization's legal interests at all times.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve legal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Embody and promote the organization's core values in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Corporate Counsel, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Stark Law

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams
