1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption and integration of new processes and technologies.
2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives and achieve project objectives.

9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to align change initiatives with overall business goals and strategies.
10. Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
