  1. Provide high-quality patient care: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care to patients with kidney disease. This includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
  2. Build strong relationships with patients and their families: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients and their families. This includes actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions or issues they may have.
  3. Monitor patient progress and report to healthcare team: It will be your responsibility to monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. This includes updating patient charts, documenting vital signs, and communicating with physicians and other team members.
  4. Educate patients and families: As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and self-care techniques. This will help empower them to take an active role in their own healthcare.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, registered nurses, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  6. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols: It is essential to follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors. This includes proper hand hygiene, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and proper disposal of medical waste.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records: As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. This includes documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and medications administered.
  8. Remain up-to-date on industry developments and best practices: You will be expected to stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in kidney disease treatment and nursing care. This will help you provide the best possible care to our patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Nephrology Or Dialysis.

  • Current Lvn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Completion Of An Accredited Vocational Nursing Program.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills.
