State Licensure: A Valid And Current Lvn License In The State Of Employment Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Nurse Has Met All Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice As An Lvn.
Clinical Experience: Davita Kidney Care Prefers Candidates With At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lvn In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Dialysis Or Nephrology Setting. This Experience Ensures That The Nurse Is Familiar With The Specialized Care Required For Patients With Kidney Disease.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: All Lvns At Davita Kidney Care Must Possess A Current Bls Certification, Which Includes Training In Cpr And Other Emergency Procedures. This Certification Demonstrates The Nurse's Ability To Respond Quickly And Effectively In Emergency Situations.
Communication Skills: As An Lvn At Davita Kidney Care, Strong Communication Skills Are Essential. The Nurse Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide High-Quality Care And Ensure That All Needs Are Met.
