1. Provide compassionate care: As an LPN at DaVita Kidney Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and personalized care to our patients with kidney disease. This includes being understanding, empathetic and attentive to their physical and emotional needs.
2. Ensure patient safety: It will be your responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients at all times. This includes closely monitoring their condition, administering medications, and following proper protocols to prevent infection.
3. Collaborate with healthcare team: You will work closely with other members of the healthcare team including physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be crucial in providing quality care.
4. Perform nursing procedures: As an LPN, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nursing procedures such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. You must have a thorough understanding of nursing protocols and be able to perform these procedures accurately and safely.
