Labor Relations Manager

Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and support to employees and management teams.
2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies.
3. Act as a liaison between employees and management.
4. Resolve labor disputes through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures.
6. Monitor labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
7. Prepare and present reports on labor relations activities.
8. Maintain positive working relationships with union representatives.
9. Research and analyze labor relations topics and trends.
10. Provide training and education to employees on labor relations topics.
