Insurance Counselor

We are looking for new Teammates to educate dialysis patients on insurance in the critical first days of starting dialysis and to continue ongoing relationships with the patients. This is a great opportunity to work with both patients and teammates in the greater Seattle area dialysis clinics. Provide objective and fact-based insurance support and education to patients to help them find and secure options for insurance coverage. Act as a liaison between patients, facility teammates, billing office and the corporate office to resolve patient insurance issues and/or concerns Proactively build relationships with patients. Assist patients and Social Workers with applications for Charitable Assistance programs as applicable. Manage and update tracking tools. Provide monthly reporting and analysis on key metrics related to patient support to senior management.
